Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 working days from the date of product delivery.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- Any customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received in a damaged condition.
Return Process
Since the original payment made for the order already includes delivery charges, customers are required to arrange and bear the return shipment initially.

Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated.
- Customers will receive a full refund of the product value.
- Upon successful verification of the return shipment receipt, the return courier charges will also be reimbursed.
- Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment or via bank transfer, as applicable.
- Refund processing may take 5 to 10 working days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product. We will review the case and provide the necessary resolution at the earliest.
